Our...First........................SNOW!

Yippy! Little Whidbey Island had it's first snow today! Unfortunately I am stuck at school, but now more classes for today. But we are wating for the hill to be opened again. But probably in about an hour I'll leave! But on the plus side...I'm stuck here with Ren@e! Which means we come up with crazy awesome ideas...like making a sled out of a lid. Lid sled= Success. :)

It's a Wonderful Life Play

On November 16th I had my first play performance at the Whidbey Playhouse! I only had one line, so the whole 2 hours I had to wait in the green room. But it was still pretty fun and I have 2 more performances. But what I learned that night is:

1. Makenzi (a little 8 year old who plays Zuzu and loves to act) loves playing uno and beating me every time.

2.Makenzi can't stop looking at her self in the mirror (when one is in front of her. There is a mirror on almost every wall in the green room, lol.).

3. My DSi camera keeps Makenzi entertained and quiet for about one hour. (the other hour we played uno, haha)

4. I had fun, even with my one line :) :P

Well, I promised Allie some pictures soooooooooo....here they are! (Thanks Ren@e for taking pictures of me when I was on stage!) Babysitting!

Hey Everyone! I know I haven't posted anything in like FOREVER! But now I'm posting something!

Yesterday Ren@e and I babysat two little kids named Hayden and Camryn! Hayden the little boy in the pictures and Camryn is the little girl! To make things easy, I'm just gonna post some pictures here instead of explaining the whole day to you! Enjoy! :)

Pez: The Happy Fish!

Okay soooooo, a couple days ago I cleaned my poor fishy's bowl! It went something like this...

It was night time in the hall house and Karli was in her room sitting on her bed. As she looked around her cluttered room, she noticed a green, round object. This object was her poor fish's, Pez, bowl.

She ran to the bowl to take a closer look...OH NO! Pez wasn't moving! She quickly put a drop of food in his bowl...and, Pez attacked the food just as normal. Fewf! But she still had to clean his home, his bathroom, his bed, his hide-a-way, his--well, you get the point. Pretty much all she had to do was clean his fish bowl. But Karli had to do it with great speed, and do it good. Pez didn't have much longer to live! After scooping him into a smaller, more confined bowl (the plastic container he came in), she started scrubbing. Using a blue rag and hot water, she made sure that there was no more green when she was done.

Now it was time for the rocks. She used hot water and scrubbed with her hands to get the slimy green fungus off. Time to "piece it all together". Refilling the bowl with clean, fresh water, she squeezed three drops of "Stress Coat" along with it. After pouring Pez in, she could tell he was a happy fish. :)

Now Pez now spends his days swimming happily.

Every morning he eats his freezer dried worms...yummm...:P

Another thing...Aren't these fish bowls funny/cool? I know I wish my fishy had a fish bowl like these! Haha :P

Trip to the EMP!

So today my Choir class went to the EMP in Seattle! We were there from 10 a.m to 1:15 p.m! But at 1:15 we went to the Center House and ate lunch (and got yummy treats) until 2! There was lots to do there and it even had a SFM (Science Fiction Museum)! At the SFM you could see all the cool models from Science movies! Some were even from the actual movie/t.v show! There was the robot from Lost in Space, and the jet pack and outfit from The Rocketeer! And A LOT more!!!! It was so cool! (Oh, Stevie and Danny aren't in the Choir class, and neither is Brianne, but they tagged along.)

In the EMP there was a section where you could play instruments, and mess around with "mixing" songs! There was another room where you could "perform" like rock-stars on a "stage"! It was lots of fun! You chose a song from a list and then went in a room to "perform". The Choir class chose: Twist and Shout! I got to play the keyboard with it, Renae Ross got to play the drums, and Shainna played the guitar! Now I know what you're thinking...but don't worry, Renae, Shainna, and I aren't that good at instruments! Infact, none of us knew how to play that song! But the instruments were put together special so you could play any way you wanted, but it would play the instrument how it was supposed to be played! Which was really cool because it made me feel like I knew what I was doing...even though I didn't :P

But my favorite part was the pictures! They had clothes you could dress up in and take pictures! So here are the best ones we got:
